1) A booking form will be faxed or e-mailed to you. Please complete & sign.  Fax back with deposit slip within 48 hours.
*Reservation will not be confirmed until point (1) is completed.
2) CANCELLATION  /  NON ARRIVAL - No refund of monies received.     
3) You are automatically responsible for any losses/damages incurred.
4) Any date changes will not be accepted unless confirmed by our office.
5) Under NO circumstances can the number of people stipulated above be increased.
6) We and the accommodation owners believe in good faith that the accommodation chosen is to your liking.
7) The accommodation must be left clean & in order before departure.
8) Gordons Bay Tourist & Accommodation Centre is a referral booking office ONLY and does not accept responsibility for any INJURIES sustained/damages/losses or deposits already paid over to the establishment.
9) Contact your hosts as soon as possible to make necessary arrangements to collect keys/discuss time of arrival/directions.
